1. Information we collect
When you sign in, we receive your account email and optional display name from the sign-in provider. When you connect Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and authorization result. When you buy an item, we retain order identifiers, purchased items, amount, currency, payment status, and Discord delivery status.
2. Payment information
PayPal processes checkout and payment information. This website does not receive or store your full card number, security code, PayPal password, or payment credentials. PayPal may process information according to its own privacy terms.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, complete purchases, deliver Discord roles, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, enforce rules, maintain order history, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers
Information is shared only as needed with service providers that help us operate, including our hosting provider, sign-in provider, Discord, and PayPal. These providers process information under their own terms and security practices.
5. Retention and security
We keep account and order records for as long as reasonably needed to deliver benefits, address disputes, enforce rules, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use access controls and secret-managed integrations, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete account information, subject to legitimate retention needs. Disconnecting or deleting an account may prevent role delivery and order support.
7. Children and international users
Our services are not directed to children below the minimum age required by Discord or applicable law. If you use the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed where our providers operate.
8. Contact
Privacy questions or requests may be sent to the support address listed on this site. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.
