1. All sales are final
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, the site owner does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cash redemption for digital shop purchases. This applies after payment whether or not you use the benefit.
2. Why purchases are non-refundable
Digital supporter roles, access permissions, request lanes, and other entitlements begin processing immediately after PayPal confirms payment. These benefits cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods.
3. Bans, rule enforcement, and service changes
Suspension, removal, or loss of access caused by rule violations does not qualify for a refund. Server updates, balancing changes, temporary downtime, content retirement, or changes needed for platform compliance do not create refund eligibility.
4. Delivery problems and duplicate charges
If a role is not delivered, contact staff before opening a payment dispute. We will investigate verified payment, account connection, and Discord bot delivery. A confirmed duplicate or unauthorized charge will be reviewed as required by law and payment processor rules.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a false or abusive chargeback may result in immediate suspension, revocation of digital benefits, and restriction from future purchases. This does not limit your right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized transaction.
6. Contact before purchase
If you are unsure whether an item fits your account, contact support before buying. Completing checkout confirms that you understand this no-refund policy.
