By accessing this website, creating an account, joining the community, or purchasing a digital item, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and any additional age rules posted by the site owner. You are responsible for the accounts you connect, keeping them secure, and activity performed through them. Account access and purchases may not be transferred or resold without written staff approval.
3. Community conduct
All players must follow the current server rules, staff directions, platform rules, and applicable law. Harassment, hate speech, cheating, exploitation, chargeback fraud, impersonation, or attempts to disrupt the service may result in suspension or permanent removal.
4. Digital items and role delivery
Shop items are digital supporter benefits, access permissions, application lanes, or community recognition. They are not physical goods and do not create ownership of server software or assets. Role delivery requires a connected Discord account that is present in the configured Discord server.
5. Purchases and pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by PayPal. You authorize the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes. We may change prices and package availability prospectively, but changes do not alter completed purchases.
6. Server access and enforcement
A purchase does not guarantee uninterrupted access, whitelist approval, employment in a department, approval of submitted content, or immunity from server rules. Benefits may be modified, suspended, or revoked when required for security, balance, platform compliance, or enforcement.
7. Intellectual property
The site owner's branding, original text, and server-created materials are owned by the site owner or used with permission. Third-party game and platform trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the services.
